Cam Orgaard, LMP, ACMT

Cam Orgaard is the owner and founder of Balance & Strength Bodywork and the Balance & Strength Wellness Alliance.  He graduated from The Brenneke School of Massage and has been practicing since 1997.  He specializes in sports & therapeutic massage.  Over his years of working with athletes, injury clients, and in spas, he has developed a unique style incorporating a broad spectrum of massage modalities to target the special needs of each client.
 
His professional objective is to help you achieve your personal goals, including recovery from auto accidents, on the job or sporting activity injuries, maintenance of muscular function and range of motion, and improving balance and strength so you may perform at the top of your ability.  While sports and therapeutic massage may be his main focus he also believes that often the best medicine is a soothing relaxation massage to refresh and rejuvenate the mind and body.

Marissa Brooks, BS, LMP

Marissa is a Licensed Massage Practitioner, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Biology. She has been licensed and practicing massage therapy since 1996 and joined Queen Anne Naturopathic Center in May 2005. Marissa is a former massage instructor, and volunteers her time with The Massage Therapy Foundation, and DAWN (Domestic Abuse Women’s Network). Additionally, Marissa works at The Center for Health Studies in Behavioral and Complimentary and Alternative Medicine research.

Massage Care as an integral part of an individual’s Health Care, is the unique approach of Marissa’s work. Patients with acute and chronic injuries and surgeries, emotional and physical pain and dynamic life stresses benefit from Marissa’s work.
Marissa has advanced training in:

  • Lymph Drainage
Marissa brings together all of her training to skillfully craft a treatment plan that meets the needs and goals of each patient. Marissa has sought training in a variety of massage techniques. She believes that with these techniques, she will be able to better meet the treatment needs of her patients. Marissa will individualize the massage session for you whether you are in need of treatment or rehabilitation, pain and stress relief, or injury or surgery Lymph Drainage. She thoroughly enjoys the challenge of working with a diversity of patient needs and goals.

Appointments are available with Marissa on Fridays and Saturdays, in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Patient referrals have become instrumental in the growth of Marissa’s practice.
