DIRECTIONS: We are in the lower Queen Anne area at 315 First Avenue W, #A--two blocks west of Key Arena. Please note that we are on First Avenue WEST, not First Avenue NORTH. Our office is on the sidewalk level of the Uptown Queen Anne apartments between Thomas St. and Harrison St. This is a 7 story tan colored bldg. with a brick front. FREE PARKING is available in the street level garage. The entrance is at the northeast corner of the building directly next to our office. Park in spaces 1-7. Also, kiosk pay parking is available curbside. Our office is to the right of the apartment bldg. main entrance, and has a “QUEEN ANNE NATUROPATHIC CENTER” sign on the brick face above our window.

From the North or South on I-5:
Take the Mercer St. exit (#167). Going southbound on I-5, this exit is the second one after going over the ship canal bridge. Northbound on I-5, this exit is soon after the downtown exits and after passing under the convention center. Note that you exit from the left side of the highway when heading north.
At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto Fairview, and go several blocks to Denny Way. Turn right on Denny Way, heading west towards Puget Sound. Go past the Shell gas station, under the monorail and past the south side of Seattle Center. Do not turn right on First Avenue North. Continue past a second Shell gas station, and then get in the right lane. Once the road starts to curve, immediately bear right at First Ave W. before the Bayview Lofts building.

From Aurora Ave./Hwy 99:
Heading north on Aurora, exit at the Western Ave. ramp just before the Battery St. tunnel. Bear left onto Western at the end of the ramp, and continue north in the right lane. Cross on to the curving end of Denny/continuation of Western, and immediately bear right at First Ave W. before the Bayview Lofts building.
Heading south on Aurora, go over the Aurora bridge and continue for a short distance. Watch for signs for the Seattle Center. Exit on to Denny Way just before the Battery St. tunnel. After exiting to Denny, turn right at the Shell gas station and head west towards Puget Sound. Go under the monorail and past the south side of Seattle Center, then past a second Shell gas station. Once the road starts to curve, immediately bear right at First Ave W. before the Bayview Lofts building.

From 15th Ave. NW (Ballard)/Elliot Ave. heading south:
After passing under the Magnolia bridge ramp, watch for a left turn lane to Mercer Place. This is after several fast food restaurants on your left. Bear left, go up a short but steep hill, and head east several blocks. Turn right on First Avenue W., and go 3 blocks. Another option is to continue on Elliot to the corner of Harrison, and turn left at the light. Turn right on First Ave. W.
