Dr. Patrick Bufi has been at service in the medical field since 1970. His medical practice is centered on Pulmonary Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Oncology. to schedule an appointment. http://drpatrickbufi. He graduated from Bastyr University in 1989 with the degree of Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. He also has a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science. Prior to medical school he spent 23 years in cardiopulmonary medicine as a Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician. He has experience as an inside attendant at the Seattle Virginia Mason Hyperbaric Chamber department for the treatment of diving accidents, burn victims, and oncology patients. He is a P.A.D.I. certified S.C.U.B.A. diver for Open Water Basic and Advanced Open Water, 1990. He has taught classes in Oncology, Pulmonary Medicine, Exercise Physiology, Sport Medicine, Cardiology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Immunology, Laboratory Medicine, Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology, and Kinesiology. He has been an associate professor of pulmonary medicine at Bastyr University. He also served as Chair of Western Medicine at Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, from 1997 to 2002. He is a consultant for the Cystic Fibrosis Parent Advisory panel at Children's Hospital in Seattle, as well as a former member of the Board of Directors at Wu Hsing Tao Five Element Acupuncture School. On the personal side, he resides in Seattle with his son and daughter, both currently in high school. He also plays jazz and rock guitar. Family and music are good for the soul.
